I am a dynamic Experience and Creative Director with 20 years of expertise delivering best-in-class digital, print, broadcast, and consumer goods across multiple teams and platforms. I have a proven history championing innovative real-world, customer-centric experiences throughout all facets of the creative process from concept to production. I thrive on ambiguity and love digging deeply into the heart of problems to find the true source of where issues may live. My past experience includes work with global brands like Xbox, T-Mobile, Cartoon Network, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Activision Blizzard, Warner Brothers, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, Disney, Universal Pictures, Paramount Studios, and Fox.
My goal for every project is to elevate the work beyond the expected into the extraordinary. I approach problems fearlessly and with an open mind. I am not afraid to push the boundaries by asking questions and challenging perceptions. I begin each and every problem with a clean slate to ensure that I don’t miss the opportunity for the absolute best end result for the customer.
My process is fluid because I don’t believe there is a “one-size-fits-all” to problem-solving. Business processes may come and go, but the core principles remain the same…we want the customer to interact. I seamlessly integrate deep business strategy and data into my ideas to ensure that solutions are aligned with well-defined business goals, but that’s not where I shine. I am absolutely customer-obsessed. Thanks to my background, I am a huge believer in the art of story-telling and classic game theory. I look at, analyze, and understand how my decisions impact the customers every step of the way. I believe in truly empathizing with the customer’s emotional states and look for ways to satisfy their various emotional triggers.
Lastly, when it's time to bring a concept to life, I can use my many years of diverse team leadership skills or even get my hands dirty doing the design myself. Regardless of the situation, my skills in user experience (UX), user interaction (UI), experience design (XD), visual design, product design, and technical knowledge can bring even the craziest ideas to life.
